Our Mission
Reeds of Hope is a non-profit organization dedicated to improving the lives of the most vulnerable women, children and families in the Democratic Republic of Congo. Originally founded to support orphanages, the organization has evolved to ensure family preservation with additional programs developed to focus on empowering the community as a whole through education, entrepreneurship and Christ-centered mentorship.
This shift to a more holistic approach has been transformational. Together, with meaningful in-country partnerships within the Congolese community, children are learning, women are leading and families are lasting. Thus, weaving a brighter future for the next generation.
